The Old me..
I was really big. I know that now, and I can say it.
Looking at old pictures of myself makes me feel bad. I still get anxious and upset when I see them.
I’m sharing because I know how hard it is to look like I did. I remember the pain and embarrassment when I see my old photos.
I started gaining pounds when I was a busy mom of two. I stopped taking care of myself. I didn’t work out or eat healthy because I was focused on my kids. It was an excuse, but it felt real to me then. My kids and my family came first.
Being a mom and a wife can be tough. It’s easy to feel angry and frustrated (even though it’s hard to admit) because everything else seems to come first.
Here’s a quick story about how I turned things around. I hope it gives readers hope and encouragement because if I did it, anyone could!
I Tried Everything, But Nothing Seemed to Help…
After having my kids, I felt lost in a body that didn’t feel like mine. Every time I looked in the mirror, I saw someone who was unhappy, unhealthy, and struggling every day.
The closeness with my husband had almost disappeared.
One rainy day, I walked into my manager’s office for a meeting, feeling a bit off. As soon as she saw me, she gasped and said, “Sarah, your pants are unbuttoned!” My heart sank, I was so embarrassed!
My clothes barely fit me anymore, and it was so obvious. With every step, I could feel my jeans straining, and my stomach spilling over the top.
I tried to pull down my shirt to hide the gap, hoping no one would see. My face was red with embarrassment as I hoped my manager wouldn’t notice how uncomfortable I was.
I felt utterly crushed! Before she even greeted me, she had to draw attention to how awkward and uncomfortable I felt about my size.
And I had tried every quick fix out there, feeling like nothing ever worked.
My husband saw how much I struggled to fit into my clothes, but that moment was one of the most humiliating experiences of my life.
When I got home, I broke down in tears as I told my husband what happened.
Later that evening, he nervously told me about an idea he saw on TikTok. He suggested I give it a try, hoping it might help. I wasn’t sure at first, but I agreed to try it.
I decided to watch the video on my phone, and as I played it, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. My jaw literally dropped! I was amazed by what the video was showing.

I couldn’t stop thinking about how much my husband cared for me. I decided to start the journey with his complete support, and now I’m here to share our story.
Apparently, the morning “coffee ritual” or "loophole", is supposed to kickstart our metabolic process and make it more Supercharged.
At first, I was doubtful. I had tried countless plans and workouts before, but nothing ever seemed to help. However, seeing how much my husband cared made me curious about the “loophole”.
Then, something incredible started to happen...
After watching the video my husband showed me, I started using the “coffee ritual”. At first, I didn’t see many changes, but I did notice a boost in my energy. That was remarkable on its own because I usually felt sluggish and tired all the time.
As the days passed, I began to feel a difference in my favorite jeans—they were suddenly more comfortable. Most women know that after wearing jeans for a few days, they start to fit just right, but then they feel tight again after washing. Now, they felt loose and comfy right after I put them on, even though I had just washed them! Excited by the change, I hurried to the scale to see if something was happening.
And just like that, I had dropped 8 pounds!
Standing in front of the mirror, I felt a mix of surprise and gratitude towards my husband. His support had not only made a difference physically but also boosted my confidence and helped me appreciate my body in a new way.
I stopped comparing myself to others and worrying about my size. Using the “coffee ritual” each day didn’t just boost my energy—it also lifted my self-esteem. I wasn’t going to give up; it was so easy to do, and it actually worked! 🤗
I learned from the brief video how to lose inches and keep them off.
I’ll never waste time on another fad or gimmick again. Those are just convenient excuses from so-called “health and fitness” experts who push products that don’t deliver results!
As long as we stick with methods that don’t work for us, the same ineffective programs and diets will keep being sold to us. We need to burn off the excess that our bodies don’t use each day—and it doesn’t require hours of sweating to do it.
Thanks to the “Coffee Ritual,” we can put an end to the struggle and start enjoying life again.
I can say it works because I’m using it myself and seeing the results!

My husband can’t keep his hands off me, and honestly, I feel the same way about him! The feeling is mutual.
When someone starts feeling good about themself, they’re more open to experiences that they once avoided.
Before, my lack of self-esteem made me shy away from intimacy. But now, everything has changed!
