From 200 Down to 139 with the 7-Second 'MORNING RITUAL'

Hi there, I’m Deb.
I’m a 48-year-old widow with two wonderful teenage girls, trying to navigate life after losing my husband Rob 18 months ago.
His unexpected passing threw our world into chaos. The stress of holding everything together—work, kids, and activities, and taking care of my aging mom—took a toll on me.
During it all, I neglected my health more than ever before, and the pounds started piling on.
A few months ago, I had a moment that shook me to my core. During a routine checkup, I stepped on the scale and saw 200 pounds, exactly 200.5.
I had never been so heavy in my life!
Seeing 200 staring back at me, I was in complete shock! I knew I had put on some extra pounds, but I had no idea it had gotten that bad.
I stood there, tears streaming down my face, unable to believe what I was seeing.
The nurse, a compassionate woman named Jill, stood with me patiently as I tried to pull myself together.
That memorable visit was a turning point.
Yesterday, I returned for a follow-up, and when Nurse Jill weighed me in at 139!
Her reaction was priceless. She was amazed and very proud of me. I could see how genuinely happy she was for my success!
I couldn’t stop my tears, thinking about all the good and bad times I went through on my journey.
I remembered every success, every failure, and every moment of heartbreak. It was overwhelming to realize how far I'd come.
I had tried everything. I tried eating healthy, walking, fad nutrition plans, shakes, and joining fitness clubs. I also tried the Paleo, Keto, and Mediterranean plans.
But nothing worked. The scale stayed the same, and I felt hopeless.
I even removed the mirror from the bathroom door because I couldn’t stand looking at my reflection.
My struggle went on for almost a year.
Then, one day, a chance conversation with my friend Kathy changed everything.
She patiently listened to my frustrations. Then, she gave me a note with a link to a video about a simple 7-Second 'Morning Ritual.'
She said that the simple 'Morning Ritual' had boosted her metabolic system, helping her shed those stubborn pounds that had been so hard to lose.
She explained how it made a big difference in her path to shedding the pounds, even after trying many methods without success.
I was very skeptical. How could one simple change in the morning make a difference after all my failed attempts?
But ….
I decided to give it a try anyway.
The routine was easy:
1- Grab my favorite morning drink.
2- Follow the steps in the video below.
To my surprise, it worked! It wasn’t long before I started to notice a transformation.
As of yesterday, I have lost 61 pounds!
The transformation I experienced feels like a miracle. In just a few months, a completely New Me emerged.
My body finally learned how to let go of the stubborn tummy flab and I could see the changes happening.
It was an emotional journey, and seeing the results brought tears of joy to my eyes.
It’s incredible to see such a dramatic change after all these years.
In the past few months, I’ve been asked countless times how I managed to do it.
